Expect light traffic impacts on April 28 due to Bionic 5K

Expect light traffic impacts near Harvard Square on Sunday, April 28, due to the Bionic 5K road race. Adaptive athletes and other local runners will participate in this race to raise money for the Bionic Project, an organization that aims to eliminate disability bias by highlighting, examining, and celebrating our differences through education and sport. 

The race will begin at 9:00 a.m. at 41 Church St. in Harvard Square. Expect traffic impacts between 8:00 a.m. and 11 a.m. There will be rolling closures along the race route, including Church Street, Brattle Street, Lakeview Avenue, Worthington Street, and Lexington Avenue.
