Application New Red Dragon General, Inc. d/b/a Akai Ryu Shabu &Sushi, Allan Yee, Manager, holder of a common victualler license and entertainment license at One Porter Square has applied to transfer the all alcoholic beverages restaurant license held by Uno Restaurants, LLC at One Porter Square (820 Somerville Avenue). Applicant is approved for 200 seats inside and operating hours from 11:00am to 11:00pm seven days per week.

Application Fiorella’s Express Cambridge, LLC, Remon Karian, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualler License to be exercised at 2401 Massachusetts Avenue. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 20 inside and 12 seasonal outdoor patio seats. The proposed hours of operation are 11:00am to 10:00pm seven days per week.

Application Plenty USA, Inc. d/b/a Santouka, Jun Yoneda, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualler License to be exercised at One Bow Street. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 60. The proposed hours of operation are 11:00am to 11:00pm seven days per week.

Application Bent Associates Limited Partnership has applied for a Garage License with Additional Flammables Storage at 159 First Street for 66 parking spaces, 660 gallons of gasoline in the tanks of autos only, and 189 gallons of Class 2 for a generator.

Application The Catered Affair, Inc., Markos Doyle, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualler License to be exercised at 32 Quincy Street. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 24. The proposed hours of operation are 9:00am to 4:00pm seven days per week.

Application BMR-450 Kendall Street, LLC has applied for a Flammables License at 450 Kendall Street for 250 gallons of Class 2.

Application Chew, LLC, Adam Melonas, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualler License to be exercised at 279 Western Avenue. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 58. The proposed hours of operation are 5:00pm to 11:00pm seven days per week.

Application KDDM, LLC d/b/a Ten Tables, Krista Kranyak, Manager, holder of a Wine & Malt Beverages Restaurant License at 5 Craigie Circle has applied for a transfer of stock.

Appeal Espery Pompilus, holder of Hackney Driver License #29989, due to a $300.00 fine for violating Cambridge Taxicab Rules and Regulations Article XI, Rule 10; Article XII, Rule 5; Article XII Rule 9.

Ratification Pho D, Inc. d/b/a DD Restaurant, Witoon Shotitana, Manager, pending ABCC approval of a Wine & Malt Restaurant transfer to ratify the d/b/a from DD Restaurant to Pho House.
