The following is a proposed agenda containing the items that the Chairperson of the License Commission reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the hearing:
Application Bowery Cambridge, LLC d/b/a The Sinclair, Joshua Bhatti, Manager, holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License at 50 Church Street has applied for an Alteration of Premise to change the footprint of an existing point of service. Applicant is also applying to amend the ending hour of their Live Entertainment License from 12:00am to 1:00am Tuesday and Wednesday, and from 12:30am to 1:30am Thursday through Saturday.
Application Tenoch Mexican Food Corporation, Alvaro Sandoval, Manager, has applied for a Vendor/Peddler License to operate a mobile food truck at 32-34-36 Cambridgepark Drive on Mondays from 11:00am to 2:00pm, Cambridge Discovery Park (Acorn Drive) on Wednesdays from 11:00am to 2:00pm, and 150 Cambridgepark Drive on Fridays from 11:00am to 2:30pm.
Application Lord Hobo Brew Pub, LLC d/b/a Lord Hobo Brew Pub, Daniel Lanigan, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualer License to be exercised at 2 Canal Park. Said license, if granted, would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 160. Applicant is seeking to operate 11:00am to 1:00am seven days per week.
Application Irish Crimson, LLC d/b/a Kennedy’s on the Square, Karen Murphy, Manager, holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License at 15 Dunster Street has applied to hold said license as inactive.
Application S G Restaurant, Inc. d/b/a Village Grill & Seafood, Stavroula Fotopoulos, Manager, has applied for a Common Victualer License to be exercised at 114 Magazine Street. Said license, if granted, would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 20. Applicant is seeking to operate 7:00am to 10:00pm seven days per week.
Application Shanghai Fresh, Inc. d/b/a Shanghai Fresh, Qing Min Meng, Manager has applied to transfer the Wine & Malt Beverages Restaurant License currently held by Picante Mexican Grill II, Inc., Richard Faulkner, Manager, at 735 Massachusetts Avenue. The proposed hours of operation are 11:00am to 11:00pm seven days per week with a proposed seating capacity of 45 inside and 16 seasonal patio seats without alcohol service. Applicant is also applying for an Entertainment license to include: Audio Tape Machine/CD/Digital Audio playing music at conversation level; 2 TV’s.
Disciplinary All Licensees that have failed to renew their license for 2015/2016.
Disciplinary All Club Licensees that have failed to file an application for a Change of Officers/Directors as required by MGL c.138 §15a.
