The following are matters which the Chair reasonably anticipates will be
discussed, and for which public testimony will be taken, as of 4:00 p.m.
1. Application Thai Sensation, Inc. d/b/a Pepper Sky’s a
Thai Sensation, holder of a Common Victualler License as 20 Pearl Street has
applied for a new Common Victualler Wine & Malt License to be exercised at
20 Pearl Street with the hours of 11:30a.m. to 10:00p.m. seven days per week
and seating for 29 inside, Parkpoom Aree, as proposed Manager of record a
premise described as: Approximately 1,100 SF first floor containing dining
room, kitchen, one bathroom, with basement for storage. Entrance on Pearl
Street with egress in the rear off the kitchen.

at 25 Edwin Land Boulevard has applied for an Alteration of Licensed Premise to
add a permanent bar fixture in the hotel lobby. Proposed premise description

5. Application Transfer of the All Alcoholic
Beverages Store License held by M&E Liquors, Inc. d/b/a Dana Hill Liquors,
at 910 Massachusetts Avenue to Dana Hill Spirits, Inc. d/b/a Dana Hill Liquors,
Charles Marquardt, proposed manager of record. The premise is described as: One
room storage, storage in the basement, 864 SF first floor, 5 door walk-in beer
cooler, soda cooler, third beer cooler, 2nd wine cooler, wine shelf,
10 ft wine displays.

also applying for an exemption from the requirement for a resident manager.
