Walking and Cycling

• From from Central Square, travel northwest on Massachusetts Avenue (towards Harvard Square).
• City Hall is at the corner of Inman Street and Massachusetts Avenue, two short blocks from Central Square.
• Bicycle racks are available in front of the building and the accessible entrance is located in the rear of the building.

Public Transit

The following MBTA routes serve Central Square. Follow the walking directions above from Central Square to get to City Hall.

Driving

Driving to City Hall is not recommended, since parking is difficult. A limited numbers of parking meters are located on the streets surrounding City Hall, and public parking is available in the Green Street parking garage. Follow the directions below to get to the Green Street garage.
