Jorge Cortijo, 44, of 80 Staple Ave Taunton, MA and Edgard Ortiz-Torres, 22, of 39 Bolyston Boston, MA were arrested at a Cambridge establishment after investigation revealed that the duo had shoplifted merchandise on at least three occasions in the past week. Additionally, Ortiz-Torres was found to be in possession of 16 prescription pills which were not prescribed for him. Nor did he have a scrip or bottle for said pills.
