They were observed by officers, in the enclosed front lobby of a residence, sitting directly underneath a "No Trespassing" sign, drinking vodka in plain view.

The impact of the collision caused damage to the driver’s side of his vehicle. The bicyclist fled the scene of the accident without identifying themselves.
