On July 24, 2022, at approximately 05:44 AM Cambridge Police responded to the intersection of Charles Street and Second street for a report of two people sleeping in the car in the middle of the street. Upon arrival Officers Observed a black pickup Truck bearing a Mass reg: 9BZ956 parked in the middle of Second Street facing Charles Street with keys in the ignition and engine still running. This should be noted that both Second Street and Charles Street are public ways in Cambridge owned and maintain by City of Cambridge. Further investigation revealed that the operator Jose Teo dob: 01/08/1994 of Worcester MA had a suspended Massachusetts driving License. Which is why Jose Teo dob: 01/08/1994 will be summonsed to court for Operation a motor vehicle with suspended license (Ch90 Sec 23).
