Cambridge Police conducted a motor vehicle stop along Massachusetts Avenue. As a result of this motor vehicle stop, the operator will be summonsed for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Failure to Stop at a Red Light. Police conducted a stop on the vehicle after he was observed driving through a red light on Massachusetts Avenue at Prospect Street. After an investigation, it was discovered that the driver only possessed a Brazilian driver's license and has been a permanent resident in Massachusetts for three years.
