WARRANT ARREST REPORT

BROADWAY
Cambridge Police arrested Tahara Sadiq, 58, homeless, for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and warrants out of Roxbury District Court for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Cambridge Police also arrested Tanya Viele, 42, homeless, for one warrant. Officers had previously been made aware of their warrants and located them near Ellery Street.

Cambridge Police were called for the motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Concord Avenue and Griswold Street. Upon an investigation, it was found that one of the operators was not licensed. The resident of Everett was summonsed and given a Massachusetts Uniform Citation for Operating Without a License and a Marked Lane violation.

Cambridge Police arrested Freddy Delavega, 50, 304 Avalon Drive in Cohasset, after officers observed Delavega was in possession of a bicycle that had been reported stolen approximately 30 minutes prior. Delavega will be charged in Cambridge District Court with Receiving Stolen Property under $1200. Delavega also had a federal probation violation warrant from the US Marshals.
