Rolando Taylor, 49, 14 Chapel Street in Somerville, was placed under arrest for Drinking in Public and Possession of a Class B Drug. Taylor was arrested after an officer observed him in Central Square consuming an open alcoholic beverage. When officers stopped Taylor and searched him, it was discovered that he had one bag of Crack Cocaine and one bag of crushed up Acetaminophen in his possession.
