During investigation, it was discovered that a homeless resident spit on the victim, knocked her phone out of her hand when she attempted to call 911, and then proceeded to strike her multiple times with an open fist. As a result, the defendant is being summonsed to court for Assault and Battery and Witness Intimidation.

As a result of the investigation, it was determined that a resident of Cambridge would be summonsed after it was discovered that the driver was operating a motor vehicle on a public way after his Massachusetts Driver's License was suspended and an open container of alcohol was discovered in his motor vehicle. He is being summonsed for Operating After License Suspension and Open Container.
