Cambridge Police responded to the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Sydney Street for a motor vehicle crash involving a scooter operator. The injured party had minor injuries and was transported to a hospital.

A Cambridge resident reported being the victim of identity fraud. He discovered his Facebook account had been hacked by a suspect, who later locked him out. The suspect then used his personal information to obtain $1,075 through some kind of cash application.

A Cambridge resident reported an attempted fraud. The victim stated that two males called her this afternoon claiming to be Boston Sheriff Deputies. They attempted to obtain $5,000.00 from her to expunge an arrest warrant that was supposedly issued in her name. The call ended when she mentioned calling Cambridge Police.
