A driver was cited for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation. The driver was initially stopped after an officer witnessed them commit a marked lanes violation at an intersection. During the traffic stop it was discovered the driver had no license.

Officers say the person swung and hit an officer in the arm and then kicked another officer while officers were trying to talk to the person. Martin Landry, 52, of Somerville, was charged with Assault & Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, two counts of Assault & Battery on a Police Officer and one count of Threat to Commit a Crime.
