FRESH POND PKWY
Police assisted State Police in an arrest when a firearm was recovered. While assisting State Police, officers noticed a suspicious vehicle in the area watching the scene. The vehicle violated a marked lane violation and was pulled over. Sebastian Fecu, 21, of Boston was placed under arrest, after it was discovered that he was in possession of a loaded firearm with a large capacity 31 round magazine. Fecu was also in possession of a second large capacity magazine, a third magazine, two (2) 40-caliber bullets and a pair of brass knuckles. Fecu was not licensed to carry a firearm.
