Peter Kane, 65, of Boston, was placed under arrest for failing to stop for a uniformed police officer, operating an unregistered motorcycle, operating an uninsured motorcycle, concealing the identity of a motorcycle, operating with a suspended license, speeding over a reasonable and proper rate, negligent operation after they were observed failing to stop for six red lights, and a marked lanes violation.
