Police observed a moped that was left on the sidewalk on Massachusetts Avenue. Police determined the moped was stolen. Upon further observation, drugs were found in the pouch of the moped. Jeffrey Byron, 42, unhoused, was arrested for Possession of Class A Drug, Moped Violation, Receiving Stolen Property, and warrants out of Malden District Court.
