How are teens making our community more accessible for all? "In:Accessible," the exhibition on view at Cambridge Arts’ Gallery 344 through May 31, showcases projects created by students of NuVu Studio addressing real-world problems.
Join us for a gallery reception and conversation with students from the Cambridge school as well as Cambridge's Commission for Persons with Disabilities at Gallery 344, City Hall Annex, 344 Broadway, Cambridge, from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 26. Free.
The exhibition showcases the efforts of teens from the Central Square school as they design and build solutions to accessibly challenges—such as helping a veteran who has lost his arms continue to practice archery or addressing an immigrant’s access to health care. "In:Accessible" illuminates potential connections that might allow people to transcend some of the barriers inhibiting full participation in society. Learn more.
