East Cambridge Neighborhood Conservation District Study: Consider the report of the East Cambridge NCD Study Committee and make recommendations.
Public Hearing: Alterations to Designated Buildings
Case 4886: 21 Loomis St., by Kevin Emery & Eamon Fee. Reduce the size of the existing building and modify the foundation to meet zoning setback requirements. Renovate existing house and construct an attached dwelling unit at rear of existing as previously approved.
