Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 6:00 PM to consider the following matters under M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge:

Public Hearing: Alterations to Designated Properties
Case 5184: 98 Winthrop St., by Paul Overgaag & Molly Lindbergh. Construct 1-story addition at front and roof deck and greenhouse above existing rear addition; reconfigure access ramp.
Case 5197: 9 Waterhouse St., by 9W Real Estate LLC. Construction of a retaining wall, pillars with lamps, paved paths and landscape structures.
Case 5076: 5 Phillips Pl., by Qiong Jiang. Renovate exterior, construct rear addition and garage, install fences.
Case 5198: 3 Phillips Pl., by Nexus Legacy Development LLC. Renovate the building. Add elevator. Demolish portion of 2-story addition on the east side. Enlarge basement and construct ramp to garage. Construct residential decks and patio.
