Upon arrival to the scene, officers were informed by the staff that both parties physically assaulted staff and the female party smacked the manager’s iPhone out of her hands. As a result, Eliana Whitehead, 27, Cincinnati, OH, was taken into custody and charged with Vandalizing Property. In addition, a Quincy resident was summonsed to court for Assault and Battery.
