CAMBRIDGE ST
Cambridge Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Cambridge Street. As a result of this stop, an Everett resident will be summoned to the Cambridge District Court for Unlicensed Operation and Failure to Stop after being observed by police driving and failing to stop at a solid red light on Cambridge Street at Sixth Street.

UNLICENSED OPERATION OF MV C90 S10

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
A resident of Randolph was summonsed for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and blocking a bicycle lane. She was initially stopped when she was observed in her motor vehicle, standing in a protected bicycle lane. When the officer asked for her license, she stated she did not have one. The owner of the vehicle was identified as her husband. She stated that her husband was aware that she was driving his vehicle and was aware that she did not have a license. He was summonsed for allowing an unlicensed operator.

Cambridge Police responded to the 1700 block of Massachusetts Ave to serve a warrant out of Cambridge District Court on Carlo Banks, 49, 1713 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge.

BROADWAY
Eric Bell, 50, homeless out of Boston, was placed under arrest for assault with a dangerous weapon, as well as warrants. Bell stole money from a tip jar of a restaurant and when staff attempted to stop him, Bell pulled out a knife on staff members before running away.

A Waltham resident reports a larceny of a motor vehicle.

DICKINSON ST
A motor vehicle crash occurred on Harvard Street. After an investigation, it was determined that Jean Almodovar-Baez, 27, 23 Graves Road in Revere, struck several motor vehicles and subsequently fled the area on foot. When officers caught up with Almodovar-Baez, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from him. Almodovar-Baez was subsequently placed under arrest after he failed all standard field sobriety tests. Justin Fontanez, 27, 177 Columbia Street in Cambridge, was identified as the passenger of the vehicle that Almodovar-Baez was operating. When officers encountered Fontanez, he was actively drinking alcohol from a tequila bottle on Moore Street. Fontanez was also found to have a warrant out of Woburn District Court for Failure to Attend Juror. He was subsequently placed under arrest.
