Cambridge Police were conducting a routine patrol in the area of Broadway and Columbia Street, which is a public way maintained by the City of Cambridge. Officers observed a motor vehicle in the area with excessively dark tint and conducted a traffic stop after a CJIS inquiry resulted that the owner of that vehicle currently had a Massachusetts Driver's License status as suspended. As a result, The Cambridge resident was issued a summons for one count of Operating after license suspension and one count of window tint violation.
