ALBANY ST
Jesus Martinez, 27, 39 Hamilton Street in Boston, was arrested for a warrant out of Chelsea District Court (Wanton Destruction of Property, $1,200) following a motor vehicle stop. Martinez was observed by officers operating a moped, traveling on Massachusetts Avenue (westbound) without a helmet. Officers initiated a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Albany Street. The operator was cited for operating without a helmet, no moped registration, and operating with no permit or license. Further investigation revealed Martinez was in possession of Class B Drug - Oxycodone and drug paraphernalia. Martinez will be charged with Possession to Distribute a Class B Drug.

Cambridge Police responded to a mall for a report of stolen cell phone being tacked by the owner. Upon arrival, CPD Officers were able to locate the Apple iPhone and return it to the owner.
