Ryan McLean, 41, 67 East Street in North Attleboro, was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct, Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (water bottle) and Resisting Arrest. McLean was arrested after he became verbally aggressive with Community Outreach officers, who were offering services to the unhoused. McLean repeatedly screamed at officers to the point a resident came to check out the disturbance. McLean was so agitated that he aggressively charged at Outreach Officers with a clenched fist. McLean later threw a water bottle at an Outreach Officer. Due to the fact the police cruiser was placed between McLean and the Outreach Officers, it missed the Officer and struck the cruiser. At this point, Officers told McLean he was under arrest.
