Shalia Brown, 31, of Boston, was placed under arrest for Assault & Battery with a Dangerous Weapon. Brown and another female got into a verbal altercation. At some point, the fight turned physical, a pocketknife was pulled out, and Brown used that knife to slice the victim’s forearm.
