Police responded to the railroad crossing on Sherman Street for a motor vehicle parked on the railroad tracks. Officers located the vehicle parked and running. The operator of the vehicle was unconscious, but breathing, in the driver's seat. Jeffrey Moran Martinez, 32, of Jaffrey, NH, was arrested and charged with Operating Under the Influence Liquor, Open Container of Alcohol and Possession with Intent to Distribute
