Police assisted another law enforcement agency with a crash involving an electric scooter and bicycle. The cyclist says the electric scooter operator was driving in the wrong direction when the crash happened. Cambridge Police cited the scooter operator with traveling the wrong way and riding an electric scooter without a helmet.
