Police responded for a motor vehicle crash. After an investigation, Brook Buendia, 47, of Wilmington, MA, was placed under arrest for OUI drugs, drug possession, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to stop for a red light. Officers determined Buendia did not stop for the red light, hit another car and then accelerated into a fence on the sidewalk.
