Hosted by Dr. Latanya Sweeney (Harvard) & Dr. Safiya Noble (UCLA), Outbraving 2024 brings together leading scholars and practitioners working at the intersection of science and technology studies, history, journalism and communications. Exploring topics include Data Justice, political economy, voter engagement and online culture, Outbraving centers the challenges and triumphs of Black women working within and outside the academy.

City of Cambridge Adapts Summer Programming to Continue Supporting Cambridge Youth and Families
Beginning Monday, June 22, the City of Cambridge Department of Human Service Programs (DHSP) will begin operating its annual Cambridge Summer Food Program and open applications for its free Online/Offline Summer Programming. Both programs will support and engage Cambridge youth while following the Commonwealth’s health and safety guidelines, including proper social distancing and use of face coverings.

Take the 2020 City of Cambridge Resident Opinion Survey
In its ongoing efforts to identify ways to better serve the community, the City of Cambridge is conducting its biennial Resident Opinion Survey. The survey, which has been conducted since 2000, serves as an important evaluation tool that enables residents to rate City services and offer input on what the City of Cambridge does well and where it can make improvements. The online survey will be open September 14 – October 5, 2020.
