B'nai B'rith Housing, a Greater Boston nonprofit housing developer, is proposing to create new affordable senior housing at 87-101 Blanchard Road in Cambridge. They plan to create this new housing under the provisions of the Affordable Housing Overlay (AHO).

B'nai B'rith had its first of two required Planning Board Design Advisory meetings on Tuesday, January 30 at 6:30 p.m. for this project.
