On November 13, 2013 Brandan FOYE, 29, of 131 Windham Rd in Hyde Park was arrested and charged with Operating after suspension, (Unregistered motor vehicle, Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Receive stolen property under $250. FOYE was found operating a motor vehicle on Massachusetts Ave with stolen plates.

A resident of Rindge Ave reports she believes her personal care assistant stole over $10,000 dollars of various gold jewelry and precious stones. The victim discovered the theft on 11/9/13 when she wanted to wear some earrings. The victim believes the theft took place in August when she was in the hospital and the care taker was tending to her husband.

The Manager of a business on Somerville Ave reports unknown male in his 40,s or 50,s entered the store on 11/7/13 at 5pm carrying two suitcases and is caught on security tape stealing six Samsung Galaxy cellphones from the store by means of putting them in one of the suitcases.
