12/17/2015 00:26 INCIDENT 15009438 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	CONCORD AVE Cambridge Police Officers responded to a residential building on Concord Avenue for a report of a breaking and entering in progress, and after further investigation, discovered a man who had intruded the victim’s apartment. Christopher Definis, 27, 36 Boston Road, Billerica, was placed under arrest for Breaking and Entering Nighttime for Felony.
12/17/2015 02:15 INCIDENT 15009440 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	LILAC CT Cambridge Police were dispatched to Lilac Court residence for the report of a past breaking and entering. The victim reported that she noticed the back door was cracked open.
12/17/2015 04:59 INCIDENT 15009441 MISC. REPORT TYPE	MAIN ST Cambridge Police Explosive Ordnance Disposal unit responded to a building on Main Street for an unattended suitcase out in front. The K9 unit swept the area and examined the suitcase, which was subsequently found not to be hazardous.

12/17/2015 06:33 ARREST 15009443 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	CAMBRIDGE ST Shyla Maskell, 27, 43 Long Road, Harwich, was placed under arrest on a warrant out of Lowell District Court for Shoplifting By Asportation, a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for Larceny Over $250, and Natick District Court for Shoplifting Over $100 by Concealing Merchandise and Larceny Over $250.

12/17/2015 11:37 INCIDENT 15009446 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	TREMONT ST A Cambridge resident arrived at the police station to report the larceny of his laptop computer. The victim stated that he met with a computer repair technician to help him with his computer, and the technician took the laptop, but has not returned it despite numerous attempts by the owner to contact him.

12/17/2015 12:52 INCIDENT 15009449 B&E DAYTIME FOR FELONY c266 S18	LAMBERT ST A resident at a housing apartment complex on Lambert Street reported that she believes that an unknown suspect is entering her apartment while she is not home that that, as a result, random items inside her apartment are missing.
12/17/2015 13:29 INCIDENT 15009453 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	CAMBRIDGESIDE PL Ziomara Nazario, 4 Freedom Way, Worcester, was placed under arrest for Larceny Over $250 after she was observed by the store’s loss prevention personnel concealing items in her bag, and subsequently leaving the store without making any attempt to pay for the items.

The victim reported that an unknown motor vehicle side-swiped his own vehicle while he was waiting in traffic, and the operator then sped away without making themselves known.
12/17/2015 13:39 INCIDENT 15009450 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	ROBERTS RD Cambridge Police responded to Roberts Street for the report of a past hit and run incident. Upon arrival, the reporting person stated that his motor vehicle was struck by another motor vehicle while in traffic, and the other motor vehicle involved fled the scene immediately following the accident.

12/17/2015 15:07 INCIDENT 15009457 LARCENY FROM BUILDING c266 S20	CENTRE ST Cambridge Police were dispatched to Centre Street for the report of a past larceny. The victim stated that two packages were stolen from the front entrance of her apartment building on 12/16.
12/17/2015 18:22 INCIDENT 15009459 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	MULLINS CT Cambridge Police were dispatched to Mullins Court for the report of a breaking and entering. The victim reported that an unknown person broke into his apartment via shattering the glass back door and stole his several valuable items.
12/17/2015 19:42 INCIDENT 15009462 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	CHURCHILL AVE Cambridge Police responded to Massachusetts Avenue and Churchill Avenue for a hit and run accident. The victim reported that after she pulled over to the roadside, the offender sped away without making themselves known.
12/17/2015 19:59 INCIDENT 15009461 LEAVE SCENE OF PERSONAL INJURY c90 S24	COLUMBIA ST A Cambridge resident reported that they had been hit by a motor vehicle while they were crossing Massachusetts Avenue. The victim reported that the vehicle operator did not stop or slow down, even after they had clearly been hurt.
12/17/2015 21:21 INCIDENT 15009463 B&E DAYTIME FOR FELONY c266 S18	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Cambridge resident reported a breaking and entering into her apartment. The victim stated that her door was broken and her apartment was ransacked by an unknown person.
12/17/2015 21:45 INCIDENT 15009464 OUI-LIQUOR C90 S24	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Michael Jensen, 27, 279 Beacon Street, Boston, was placed under arrest for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Liquor. Jensen was observed driving erratically down Massachusetts Avenue, and he was subsequently stopped and standard field sobriety tests were performed, which confirmed the state of the operator.
12/17/2015 22:15 INCIDENT 15009465 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	CAMBRIDGE ST Cambridge Police were dispatched to Cambridge Street for the report of a hit and run incident. The victim reported that she was rear-ended by another motor vehicle which then left the scene without making themselves known.
