Cambridge Police Officers responded to a residential building on Concord
Avenue for a report of a breaking and entering in progress, and after further
investigation, discovered a man who had intruded the victim’s apartment.
Christopher Definis, 27, 36 Boston Road, Billerica, was placed under arrest
for Breaking and Entering Nighttime for Felony.

past breaking and entering. The victim reported that she noticed the back

Main Street for an unattended suitcase out in front. The K9 unit swept the
area and examined the suitcase, which was subsequently found not to be

his laptop computer. The victim stated that he met with a computer repair
technician to help him with his computer, and the technician took the laptop,
but has not returned it despite numerous attempts by the owner to contact

Cambridgeside Place. The victim reported that an unknown motor vehicle
side-swiped his own vehicle while he was waiting in traffic, and the operator
then sped away without making themselves known.

run incident. Upon arrival, the reporting person stated that his motor

Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Liquor. Jensen was observed
driving erratically down Massachusetts Avenue, and he was subsequently
stopped and standard field sobriety tests were performed, which confirmed the
state of the operator.
