Officers were dispatched to Temple Street for an unwanted party in the property and observed the suspect in the common area laundry room of this residential building that he was previously trespassed from.

Cambridge Police responded to a Main Street address for a stolen motor vehicle report involving a rental vehicle.

MAGAZINE ST
Cambridge Police summonsed a resident of Cambridge to Cambridge District Court for trespassing. Officers were dispatched to Magazine Street for an unwanted party in front entryway of the building. The reporting party stated the unwanted party was in the vestibule to the building blocking entry and exit of residents, begging for people's clothing, begging entry into the main lobby, and smoking crack cocaine. Officers arrived on scene to see people waiting in the lobby for police to arrive for safe exit of the building and the suspect in the vestibule arguing with the reporting party for his sandals. Prior to arrival, officers were aware that the suspect had been trespassed from this property verbally by CPD and property. He returned to that property within a half an hour and was then formally trespassed by CPD and property management.

Cambridge Police placed Patrick Cradock, 27, 112 South Hampton Street in Boston, under arrest for a warrant out of Quincy District Court (Resisting Arrest, Assault, and Shoplifting by Asportation). Cradock was stopped by police on Green Street after he matched the description of a suspect that had just shoplifted from a department store.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Cambridge Police placed Parbir Batra, 42, 39 Boylston Street in Boston, under arrest for Shoplifting by Asportation, resisting arrest and possession of a Class B substance. Cambridge Police responded to a Central Square business for a report of a shoplifting that had just occurred. Officers stopped an individual matching the description given by the reporting party close by to where the crime had occurred. Batra was in possession of multiple stolen items at the time of the stop. While attempting to detain Batra, he began to physically resist officer's contact controls. Once officers were able to place him into handcuffs, they informed him that he was under arrest. The search incident to arrest revealed a small clear bag with a white rock like substance believed to be crack cocaine. Batra will be charged with the following: Shoplifting by Asportation, Resisting Arrest, and Possession of Class B.

Cambridge Police responded to a hospital for a report of a larceny of a motor vehicle. After further investigation, the vehicle was recovered and an individual was taken to the hospital for a psych evaluation.
