Cambridge Police responded to a parking garage on Green Street for the report of an unresponsive individual behind the wheel of a motor vehicle. The reporting party reported the individual hit another car, got out, and checked for damage prior to leaving the scene. Officers located the vehicle on Western Avenue and spoke to the operator after a motor vehicle stop. The operator had blood shot, glassy eyes, slurred speech, and a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from his person. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Dillon Goulding, 30, 70 Fruit Street in Leominster. After an investigation, Goulding was placed under arrest and is being charged with OUI-Liquor.

An Elm Street resident reported an electric bike was stolen while it was parked outside of a hotel on Memorial Drive. The victim noticed someone had placed a glue-like substance in the bike lock at approximately 11 p.m. on 4/07/23. When the victim returned to the bike this morning, it was missing.
