    Police responded to 100 block of Cambridge Street for a report of a disturbance. The reporting party claims an individual was following them with their fists up and following them. This individual followed them into the vestibule of their residence while saying "you don't know what I've got" while grabbing their front pant pocket. A report was taken.

    Police responded to a report of a stolen motor vehicle on the 100 block of Mt Auburn St. The reporting party claims they parked their motorcycle in a parking lot and when they returned, they discovered their vehicle was gone. A report was taken.

    While on patrol, officers encountered a vehicle whose operator was asleep at the wheel near the intersection of Cambridge St & Columbia St. Officers woke the vehicle's operator and conducted Standardized Field Sobriety Tests after observing their glassy eyes and slurred speech. After the tests were conducted, Frantzy Augustin, 55, of Revere, Massachusetts was placed under arrest and charged with OUI Second Offense. His vehicle was towed and a report was taken

    CAMBRIDGEPARK DR
    Police responded to a report of a larceny in progress on the 0 block of Cambridge Park Dr. Officers were notified by the apartment complex concierge that they were monitoring two suspects on camera in the bicycle storage area who did not belong there. Upon arrival officers observed a suspect attempting to flee the scene. After a brief foot pursuit, Mathew McFarland, 38, unhoused was arrested and charged with Breaking Into a Depository, Breaking & Entering Nighttime, Receiving Stolen Property, and Carrying a Dangerous Weapon. During the booking process officers located a 7 small clear Ziplock baggies containing crystallized rocks and five credit cards with other names. As a result McFarland will face addition charges of Possessing a Class B Drug and 5 Counts of Receiving a Stolen Credit Card.

    Police responded to a report of an unwanted person on the 300 block of Rindge Ave. The reporting party claims that an individual who had already been trespassed was in the store and had shoplifted. An area search for the individual was conducted but they were not located. The individual, a Cambridge resident, will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on charges of Shoplifting by Asportation, and Trespass.

    Police responded to a report of larceny on the 0 block of St Paul St. The reporting party stated the wheels from their bicycle had been stolen. They claim the wheels would cost a couple of hundred dollars to replace. A report was taken.

    GREEN ST & PEARL ST
    Police were on patrol when they observed an individual known by them to have active warrants at the intersection of Green St & Pearl St. Officers initiated a stop via their emergency lights and the suspect rode the wrong way up Green St. Officers circled the block and relocated them at Massachusetts Ave and Sidney Street where their emergency lights were reactivated. The suspect continued refusing to stop and rode up onto the sidewalk in Lafayette Square and then down Massachusetts Ave. As a result, a criminal complaint application will be filed in Cambridge District Court charging the suspect, a Somerville resident, with General Bicycle Offense and Fail to Stop for Police. A report was taken.

    Police responded to a report of a hit and run on the 0 block of Bishop Allen Dr. The reporting party claims they had parked their vehicle and when they returned they noticed new, heavy damage to the driver's side front wheel well panel door as well as the driver's side mirror. A report was taken.

    Police responded to a report of a hit and run with property damage on the 700 block of Memorial Dr. The reporting party claims a vehicle had parked in the parking spot next to theirs and banged their door on the rear driver's side of the reporting party's vehicle. A report was taken.

    Police responded to the 600 block of Cambridge Street for a report of a group of teenagers who graffitied a building and vehicles. Upon officer's arrival, the suspects were no longer in the area. A report was taken.

    Police responded to a report of a stolen bicycle on the 0 block of Mt Auburn St. The reporting party claims their bicycle was secured to a bike rack with a lock, when they returned both the lock and bike were gone. The bike was valued at $600. A report was taken.

    Police responded to a report of past threats on the 200 block of Green St. The reporting party states that an individual was suggesting to their partner that they should catch the reporting party on the street, suggesting they would assault them. A report was taken.
