Home Brewing Coffee Class with Forge Baking Company & Cafe

O'Neill Branch, 70 Rindge Ave., Cambridge, MA 02140

This class will teach you everything you need to know to brew delicious coffee using a variety of different brewing methods including, aeropress, V60, chemex and more! We'll cover the fundamentals of coffee brewing with plenty of guided tasting to help you understand what excellent coffee should taste like and how to make adjustments if your home brews aren't living up to your expectations. Whether you are an avid home barista or just a curious coffee drinker looking to learn something new, this class will have something to offer! This class will be very hands-on with lots of opportunities to practice your skills using commercial coffee equipment as well as some of the more accessible home brewing equipment. Registration Required.
