CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAW

TROWBRIDGE ST
Cambridge Police responded to Trowbridge Street for a report of two suspicious
individuals in the underground garage. Several males were observed standing
by a motor vehicle. A pat frisk for weapons and officer safety was performed
and large quantities of money was found on both of these individuals. A
search of the motor vehicle was performed for weapons, during which an
officer found a small bag containing green leaves with a strong smell of
marijuana, a box of plastic bags, and the trunk revealed a large amount of
marijuana hidden inside a paper bag. Robell Gebeyehu, 20, 50 Terminal Street
Boulevard, Charlestown, was arrested for Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law and
Possession of a Class D Drug. Steven Silva, 22, 162 Mystic Valley Parkway,
Arlington, was arrested for Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law and Possession to
Distribute a Class D Drug. Mierion Tecleberhan, 19, 812 Memorial Drive,
Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Possession to Distribute a Class D Dug
and Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law.

Cambridge Police after an unknown white male suspect grabbed three power
drills and immediately left the store without paying. When Loss Prevention
staff attempted to stop the suspect outside the store, he dropped all the
stolen merchandise and fled the area via motor vehicle.

27, 22 Newtowne Court, Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Disorderly
Conduct, Resisting Arrest, Assault and Battery on a Police Officer. Oates was
observed by officers arguing with the manager outside of an establishment in
Central Square. Oates was told multiple times to leave the area and became
aggressive both verbally and physically to officers outside the
establishment. Oates grabbed onto an officer’s gun belt and refused to give
up his right hand during the cuffing process. One officer was transported to a
local hospital for minor injuries.
