Sarah Munger, 29, 5 Madison Street in Amesbury, was placed under arrest for OUI-Liquor. Munger was observed by a named witness sitting in the driver's seat of her vehicle, while the engine was on, parked in the middle of a public way. Upon arrival, Officers found Munger in the driver's seat of her vehicle, which was parked in the middle of Spring Street with the engine turned off. Officers observed fresh vomit located on the inside of the driver's side door, the ground outside of the door, and in the center console. Officers observed a smell of vomit and alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle. Munger's eyes were glassy and bloodshot and she slurred her words when she spoke. Munger agreed to perform standardized field sobriety tests to determine if she was safe to operate her vehicle. Munger stumbled and almost fell with every step she took, was unable to follow basic directions, and showed multiple signs of impairment during the standardized tests.

A Cambridge resident reported that while at the intersection of Cedar Street at Dudley Street, she observed a heavy set white male wearing a red Boston Red Sox cap carrying a messenger bag and a point and shoot camera taking unwanted pictures of her daughter. Police searched the area for the suspect, but were met with negative results.

Cambridge Police Explosive Ordnance Unit responded to Huron Avenue and Grove Street for a report of two 20 pound propane tanks on the roadway. Upon arrival, it was determined that the tanks were empty and appeared to have been discarded by an unknown person. The tanks were checked by and disposed of by DPW to prevent further calls for service.

Brittney Yandle, 26, 7 Woodrow Wilson Court in Cambridge, was arrested for Breaking and Entering Daytime For Felony, Person in Fear, Threat To Commit Crime, and Carrying a Dangerous Weapon. Yandle attempted to break into the victims residence, while yelling that she would kill the victim, while armed with a knife.
