Cambridge Police arrested one John J. Chisolm, 69, 11 Carlisle Street in Boston following a motor vehicle stop for obstructing the bicycle lane on a public way. At the time of the stop, Officers also located three active arrest warrants for Chisolm out of Roxbury District Court for Operating a Motor Vehicle With a Suspended License, Marked Lane Violations, and Failure to Wear a Seatbelt. It was also determined that his Massachusetts Driver's License was suspended. As a result, Chisolm was taken into custody for the warrants and is being charged with Operating After License Suspension and Blocking Bicycle Lane.

Upon arrival officers approached the party in question, who had the merchandise which was taken from the store on her with tags and no receipt. After speaking with the department store the woman, a Boston resident, was identified and summonsed for shoplifting.
