An officer observed an assault in progress between two parties in Central Square. Jonathan Clark, 38, of Boston, was placed under arrest for two warrants out of Taunton District Court. Clark was also summonsed to Cambridge District Court for assault and battery. The other party was summonsed to Cambridge District Court for assault and battery.
