Officers placed Julio Jimenez, 33, unhoused under arrest due to failure to vacate the premises. Jimenez resisted officers and thrashed their arms and legs. Jimenez is additionally being charged with Trespassing Assault and Battery on a Police Officers and Resisting Arrest. A report was taken. |
