Officers performed an inquiry of a motor vehicle, which revealed that the motor vehicle in question had its registration revoked for insurance purposes; therefore a traffic stop was conducted. When requested, the operator of the motor vehicle informed Officers that the motor vehicle was not registered to him, but to a relative. As a result of the stop, the operator of the motor vehicle was issued a criminal application for one count of Operating a Motor Vehicle with Revoked Registration and one count of Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
