BRATTLE ST
A Harvard University Police Officer witnessed the defendant driving towards them the wrong way on a one way street. The defendant then attempted to reverse his motor vehicle and crashed into a city owned trash can. The Harvard University Police Officer then notified Cambridge Police of the accident. When Cambridge Police officers had the defendant exit his motor vehicle to perform standard field sobriety testing, a double-edged knife fell out from under his sweatshirt. The defendant then performed standard field sobriety tests which showed signs of impairment and he was subsequently arrested. Before towing the car an inventory revealed an open can of Mike's Harder Mango, a bottle Cointreau, and a bottle Malibu Rum. Jason Potter, 44, of Everett, was arrested for Carrying Dangerous Weapon, OUI-Liquor, Drink Alcohol from Open Contain in Motor Vehicle, and Improper Operation of Moter Vehicle.

HARVARD ST
Police responded to an apartment building on the 100 block of Harvard Street for a possible B&E in progress. A report was filed to document this incident.

BROADWAY & PORTLAND ST
Police responded to Broadway and Portland St for a motor vehicle crash. One operator was transported to a local hospital.

ROSELAND ST
A person arrived at the Police Station to file a past larceny report. Specifically, a bicycle was stolen from a backyard on the 0 block of Roseland Street. As a result, a report was taken.

DANA ST
Police responded to the 0 block of Dana Street for a report of a large sum of money being withdrawn from a party's account without their permission. A report was taken.

KINNAIRD ST
A Kinnaird St resident reported an unknown individual attempted to gain entrance into their shed. The incident happened at approximately 5am, and was captured on surveillance video. A report was made.

165 WESTERN AVE
Police documented ongoing harassment on the 100 block of Western Avenue between neighbors. A report was made.

KIRKLAND ST
Police responded to the 0 block of Kirkland Street address for a report of extortion. As a result, a report was made.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE & NORFOLK ST
Police along with Department of Public Works, addressed a unhoused encampment at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Norfolk Street. As a result, a report was generated.

BRATTLE ST
Police responded to a business on the 0 block of Brattle Street for a past shoplifting report. As a result, a report was generated.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE & VASSAR ST
Officers observed a red Subaru without an inspection sticker. The officer pulled over the vehicle and got the operators license and registration as well as the VIN#. The driver of the vehicle was summonsted for Operating a Motor Vehicle with Attaching Plates, Opeating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle and No Inspection Sticker.

PEARL ST
A Pearl Street resident on the 200 block reported that their property was vandalized. This is the second incident of this property being vandalized. As a result, a report was generated.

MELLEN ST
Police responded to the 0 block of Mellen Street regarding an ongoing issue between tenants and a landlord. As a result, a report was generated.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded to the 2400 block of Massachusetts Avenue for a report of an attempted armed robbery. During this incident officers were able to locate the suspect on the Alewife linear bicycle path. Tobias Chance, 24, Unhoused, was arrested for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Deface/Vandalize Property, Disorderly Conduct, and By Law or Ordinance Violation Drinking.

ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY
Police responded to a business on the 200 block of Alewife Brook Parkway for the report of a shoplifting. A report was taken to document this incident.

GARDEN ST
Police responded to the 200 block of Garden Street for a reports of harassment. A report was generated.
