SOMERVILLE AVE
Police responded to the 800 block on Somerville Ave, for the report that a person had threatened a security guard with a knife. Officers located the suspect, later identified as Christopher Michael Loucks JR, 39 unhoused, on the 2200 block of Massachusetts Ave. During the interaction it was learned that Loucks had an active warrant for his arrest out of Cambridge District Court. During a search incident to arrest Loucks was found to be in possession of a crystal rock like substance believed to be methamphetamine and a powder substance believed to be Fentanyl. He has been charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and Possession of a Class B Substance with regard to this incident.

Police conducted a motor vehicle stop for an observed violation at the intersection of Cambridge Street on to Fulkerson Street. During the stop it was learned that the vehicle in question currently had a revoked registration for lack of insurance and the operator of the vehicle did not currently hold an active Massachusetts Driver's License. The vehicle was towed from the scene, both the vehicle owner and the vehicle operator will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on related charges.

Police responded to the intersection of Howard Street and Hayes Street for the report of a motor vehicle crash. After investing, it was determined that Narissa Henry, 40, of Cambridge was operating her motor vehicle when she struck multiple, unoccupied, parked motor vehicles then proceeded to leave the scene without making proper notification. After speaking with Henry, she had admitted to drinking alcohol today and presented with slurred speech and unsteady gait. Due to the information collected on scene, Henry was placed under arrest and charged with Child Endangerment while OUI, Leaving the scene of Property Damage, and Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
