    FIREARM, INTOXICATED LICENSEE CARRY C269 S10H
    MASSACHUSETTS AVE & TEMPLE ST
    Police conducted a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Temple Street after officers observed an individual throw an empty container for an alcoholic beverage out the window of their vehicle. Further investigation revealed that the driver, identified as Jean Jeudy, 43, of Waltham, had been drinking an alcoholic beverage and smoking marijuana while operating the vehicle. In addition, Jeudy was found to be carrying a loaded firearm, a violation given his intoxication. Jeudy was placed under arrest and charged with the following crimes: OUI Liquor, open container of marijuana, open container of alcohol, littering, and carrying a firearm while intoxicated.

    Police responded to a gas station on the 200 block of Massachusetts Avenue for a disturbance. Upon arrival it was learned that a suspect had shoplifted from the store and fled. A report was taken.

    Police responded to a liquor store on the 900 block of Massachusetts Ave for a past shoplifting. The store owner later located the suspect a few blocks down the street from the store, and pointed her out to police. The Cambridge resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court for one count of Shoplifting.
