    Police responded to the 0 block of Dewolfe Street for a reported larceny. A resident reported their electric scooter and accessories with a total value of $412 was stolen from a bike rack.

    Police responded to a business located on the 0 block of JFK Street for a shoplifting. Upon arrival, police located the suspect who was identified as Thomas McSorley, 39, unhoused. McSorley was found to have an active warrant from a court in Boston, he was arrested without incident.

    The manager of a hotel on the 1800 block of Massachusetts Ave reported credit card fraud that had occurred between 3/22/25 and 3/24/25. A fraudulent card was used to pay a hotel bill of $275

    Police along with Fire and EMS responded to the intersection of Second St and Rogers St for a motor vehicle crash between a passenger vehicle and a bicyclist. It was learned that a bicyclist traveling the wrong way on Rogers St was struck at the intersection by vehicle. Bicyclist sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital by ambulance for medical treatment.

    The manager of a hotel on the 1800 block of Massachusetts Ave reported credit card fraud that had occurred between 4/11/25 and 4/14/25. A fraudulent card was used to pay a hotel bill of $737.

    Police responded to a business located on the 300 block of River Street for a shoplifting. Officers soon located the suspect, identified as Pabir Batra, 44, of Boston. Batra was found to have three active warrants out of Waltham and Watertown, he was placed under arrest without incident.

    Police responded to a Central Square business on the 600 block of Massachusetts Avenue for a shoplifting. Store staff reported an individual had stolen $103 in Eggs and fled the store.

    Police responded to Dewolfe Street at Grant Street for the report of a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital, the driver was issued a citation.

    Police were notified of an individual shoplifting from a business on the 0 block of JFK St. When they arrived, they arrested Aboudacr Dembele, 37, of Boston, for a warrant out of Boston.
