On location, one of the involved parties reported that there was a verbal argument between her and her granddaughter over house chores not being done. Grandmother stated that argument was only verbal, never physical and that she is not in fear of her granddaughter.

The larceny was interrupted by the owner of the bike and several witness chased down West until the arrival of Police.
