A Cambridge Financial Institution reported that one of their customer's debit card accounts was compromised by unknown means. The compromised account was used to make several purchases as well as numerous attempts in the Greater Boston area. The account holder did not make nor authorize these transactions.

On location, one of the involved parties reported that there was a verbal argument between her and her granddaughter over house chores not being done. Grandmother stated that argument was only verbal, never physical and that she is not in fear of her granddaughter.

The larceny was interrupted by the owner of the bike and several witness chased down West until the arrival of Police.
