A resident of Leominster, MA was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle after revocation of license, unnecessary or objectionable noise (honking horn), and allowing an unregistered motor vehicle on a public way. These violations were witnessed by an Officer working a traffic detail on Cambridge St.
