David Procacini, 46, of 120 Euclid St Lynn, MA, was placed under arrest in a public parking lot after he was observed by a CPD officer carrying a case of whiskey and placing it into a black plastic bag. Upon stopping Procacini, it was determined by investigation that he had stolen the whiskey off a liquor delivery truck.
